QUALITY ASSURANCE

CFM's product quality is assured through adherence to an HACCP Program which maintains process and product checks throughout the receiving, manufacturing and delivery operations. The Company has a fully-equipped, full-service laboratory that provides quality certification on every load of flour delivered. CFM is AIB-inspected (American Institute of Baking – the foremost food safety inspection agency for the baking industry) at least once a year. The most recent rating was Superior. Customer quality personnel also perform periodic on-site inspections.
