Curry Flour Mills, Inc. (CFM) operates flour mills that process soft winter wheat into flour for the bakery, confectionery, and snack food industries. CFM's operations produce two basic products, wheat flour for use in the bakery and other food products, and millfeed. The Company also operates a full-service laboratory for supporting the quality testing of its products, as well as custom requests for testing from other outside entities.
