Ronald D. Seavers Chief Executive officer and President

Mr. Seavers holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and an M.S. degree in Engineering Management from Wayne State University in Detroit. He joined the Company in 1975 after spending 14 years with Ford Motor Company in engineering and management capacities. Mr. Seavers took over the Company after the death of his father-in-law, Louis Curry, joining with Herbert Curry in partnership until Herbert's retirement in 1981. He managed CFM as a sole proprietor until its incorporation in November, 1992. Mr. Seavers currently functions as the financial planner, finance negotiator, flour salesman, wheat purchaser, project coordinator, and Quality Assurance Manager.

Darryl joined the Company in 1981 directly out of high school. Starting off as a laborer in the warehouse, he also gained company experience in the milling and truck driving areas. Upon incorporation in 1992, Darryl moved into a managerial role. During his tenure with the Company, Mr. Seavers developed systems necessary to invoicing, production, payroll, administrative and other costs pertinent to the financial condition of CFM. In 2000, he took over all operations management of the Company, including production scheduling, delivery, and personnel.

H I S T O R Y
· John B. Curry's mother established the business as John B. Curry and Sons in 1875 in what is now Hershey, Pennsylvania.
· In 1914 the Company purchased its current location after fire destroyed the Hershey location.
· The Company eventually became John B. Curry Sons, one of whom was John K. Further name changes went to John K. Curry and Sons, then to John K. Curry Sons, one of whom was Louis, Ron Seavers' father-in-law.
· After Louis' sudden death in 1974, Ron Seavers joined the Company in partnership with Louis' brother Herbert; Herbert then retired in 1981.
· In 1981 the Company was renamed Curry Flour Mills and became a sole proprietorship.
· In 1992, the Company became a subchapter-S Corporation with Ron Seavers as President and his son Darryl as Vice President.
· Until 1996, the Company operated with one flour mill producing approximately 90,000# of soft wheat flour per 24 hours.
· In 1996, a Kice short-flow mill was installed allowing for "lights-out" operation; this was a second completely independent mill within the same facility. It produces approximately 100,000# of flour per 24 hours.
· Recent upgrades have raised production capacity to approximately 230,000# of flour per 24 hours.
· The Company typically operates 24 hours a day for 6 days per week. Some weeks the Kice mill operates 24/7 with interruptions only for maintenance.
· Currently Curry Flour Mills, Inc. serves customers such as The Hershey Company, Shultz Foods, Goetze's Candy Co., and McCormick & Co. in the confectionery and snack food markets.
